She moved into recruitment, working in the IT sector before starting her own successful life sciences recruitment company. Using her in-depth sector knowledge and market expertise she has been a specialist interim recruitment provider for over 7 years. Prior to joining Barrett Webb Maureen worked for 3 years with a leading life sciences recruitment company where she made a substantial number of wide ranging senior interim appointments across the UK and Europe. A business graduate with First Class Honours, Sue studied in the UK and America and worked with the Rover Group and BP before becoming an executive recruiter. She was a managing consultant and partner with two executive recruitment firms prior to establishing Barrett Webb in 1990.
