Dorota is a Biochemistry graduate from University College London and previously worked in cancer research before starting her career in executive search. She joins us from Harvey Nash, where she was a researcher within the life sciences practice. Dorota’s roots are in Poland, where she also developed her love of horseriding, skiing, dancing and modern art. As well as being bilingual English-Polish, Dorota speaks Russian and German.
Laura Cinicolo is a Comparative Literature with Italian graduate from the University of Kent with more than four years’ European life sciences recruitment experience with Levy Associates and Reed Scientific. With Italian parents, Laura is bilingual English-Italian and her broad interests include horseriding, running and European cinema.
Caroline originally joined Barrett Webb’s research team in 2005, having gained a Masters degree in Biotechnology from University of Paris XI, a Marketing diploma in London and worked in biotech research and intellectual property in France. We were delighted to welcome Caroline back to our team from Korn Ferry’s life sciences search team in January this year and to recognise her strong contribution through her promotion to consultant this month. Caroline is a keen sportswoman and traveller, she is bilingual English-French and also speaks some Spanish.
Caroline, Dorota and Laura are all based in our St Albans office, which has recently been significantly remodelled and extended.
