Barrett Webb was first accredited with the highly respected Investors In People Standard in 2003. We are pleased to announce that we have just been independently reassessed and confirmed as meeting or exceeding the required Standard in every indicator. The Assessor noted some of our key attributes –
“The Directors have excellent management styles. They are very supportive of staff, well respected and highly value and appreciate their staff. There is an excellent commitment to training and development. Staff morale is high. All staff interviewed felt valued and appreciated by the Directors and their colleagues.
